Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

• Unwanted Items: Must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Defective or Damaged Items: Immediately eligible for exchange or full refund.
• Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, contact us for a correct replacement or a full refund.
• Items Not Received: If your item hasn't arrived, contact us for a reshipment or a refund.
• Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, the item should be returned to process a refund.

3. Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. A return shipping label will be provided upon request, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Timelines:

• Refund Initiation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange request.
• Refund Processing: If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days back to the original method of payment.
• Receiving Funds: Depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take up to an additional 5-7 business days after processing for the refund to be reflected in your account.
